DROP-OFF AND PICKUP PROCEDURES

DROP-OFF PROCEDURE

1. Consignors can schedule their drop-off time online through My Consignment Manager.  The schedule will be ready for you to select your drop-off time at least one month prior to the sale.

2. To help the drop-off process go smoothly and quickly, please have your items sorted by craft type when you drop off your items.

3. When you arrive to drop your items off, check in at the registration table.  Sign in and take care of all paperwork before bringing your items in.  Once you have signed in, you may bring your items to the check-in area.  We will have a dolly available to assist you.  We will check all of your items you are bringing into the sale to make sure they are tagged correctly and are acceptable to be placed in the sale.  If you have any type of electronics that plug in or use batteries, you will be required to turn them on and test them for us so we can make sure they are in working order.

4. The consignor will take their items to the sales floor and place them in the designated areas and set them out on the appropriate tables or put them in the designated bins.  Allow 15-30 minutes for drop-off, based upon the number of items you have.

Please do not be offended if we return any items to you.  Quality is our main concern, and it is our goal to maintain a high standard for our consignors and customers.  We do this to give you the best sale possible!

PICKUP PROCEDURE

After the sale ends, we need time to separate and sort all the items in the sale before you arrive to pick up your items.  If you arrive before the designated pickup time for the current sale, you may have to wait until we are finished sorting.  This is to ensure that all items are returned to the appropriate consignor.

1.  When you arrive to pick up your items, come see us at the check-out table.  We will double-check your consignor details for payment information and point you in the direction of where your items have been placed for pickup.

2.  Find your items.  They will be arranged by consignor number.

3.  Bring your items to the check-out table so we can look through your items to make sure they all belong to you.  We double-check everything, but sometimes mistakes are made.

4.  Check unclaimed tags and lost and found to see if anything belongs to you.

All unsold furniture MUST be picked up.  We do not have the resources to donate furniture items to charities at this time.

You can send someone else to pick up your items.  Make sure they know your consignor number so they can find your items!

Items left after the pickup time will become the property of Crafters' Exchange.
