Spring 2020 Sale

Our spring 2020 sale event is set for April 9th-11th, 2020, at Lane Agri-Park in Murfreesboro, TN.  Registration is now open for consignors; however, we are not ready for you to begin creating tags in the system yet.  We are still working on some tagging changes.  You can register at https://www.crafters-exchange.com/registration.html

CONSIGNOR REGISTRATION IS OPEN

Our new online consignor registration and tagging system is ready for you.  Consignor registration is now open for the August 2019 sale.  You can register at www.myconsignmentmanager.com/crafters-exchange.  You should receive an email after you register that will give you further instructions.  You are also able to schedule your drop-off time and volunteer hours in your My Consignment Manager account.  Contact Pam Martin via email at PJPETTYMARTIN@AOL.COM or by phone or text to 615-542-1669 if you encounter any problems or have any questions.

5TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY!


I can't believe this will be our 5TH YEAR to host our Crafters' Exchange.  We have grown with consignors and shoppers since our very first sale in 2014.  It's been so exciting to see the changes happen with each event.

Our next Crafters' Exchange will be held August 8th - 10th, 2019 at Lane Agri-Park, 315 John R. Rice Blvd., Murfreesboro, TN 37129.  We're working on the details and will be posting them here on our site soon.  We're looking forward to seeing everyone again in August!

IT'S ALMOST TIME TO SHOP

OUR SALE WILL BE OPEN THIS WEEK

 

Are you ready to shop this spring's sale?  It will be bigger and better than ever.  We have more consignors this spring than at any previous sale.  Our tables will be packed with every kind of craft supply you can imagine.  Drop-off for consignors begins this coming Tuesday, March 13th, and the sale will be open to the public beginning Thursday, March 15th at 9:00 a.m.  The first 50 shoppers through the door will receive goodie bags filled with items from various vendors.  We will have small tote bags for sale for $3 each at the door as well.   Our sale hours are March 15th from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; March 16th from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; and March 17th from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

We have door prizes!  Every shopper will receive a door prize drawing ticket just for stopping by.  One lucky winner each day, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, will receive two tickets to the Southern Women's Show.  The drawing will be held each night after the close of the sale.  

Bring your donations for the Smyrna Food Bank.  You receive door prize drawing tickets for each item you bring.  The winner will receive a dinner for two at Chuy's restaurant.

Stop by our photo booth and snap pictures with friends.  Post your photos on our Facebook page for another chance to win a door prize. 

We can't wait to see you all at the sale.  Come prepared to stay awhile!

ONE MONTH TO GO!

THINGS ARE HEATING UP

 

Just one month before the big event!  It's getting exciting on our end with everything coming together for our fourth big sale event.  The Nourish Food Bank is our local nonprofit organization that we will be helping through our sale this spring.  Bring your donated items to the sale and earn tickets to win a door prize.  The more items you bring, the more tickets you earn to be placed into the drawing.  See below for a list of items needed at this time.

2ND DOOR PRIZE OPPORTUNITY

Be sure to stop by our photo booth and take some crazy pictures with your friends showing off all your treasures you found at the sale.  There will be fun props to make your photos pop!  Post your pictures to our Facebook page for your chance to win a door prize.  Half-price day is on Saturday, March 17th, which is St. Patrick's Day!  There will be St. Paddy's Day props for you to use that day.  We can't wait to see your fun and crazy photos!

We are looking forward to a great sale.  It will be helpful if you bring large reusable bags to help you carry your items around as you shop!

SPRING 2018 CRAFT SALE SET FOR MARCH OF 2018

We are excited to announce that our next Crafter's Exchange will be held March 15, 2018 - March 17, 2018, with March 13th and 14th being the drop-off dates.  The sale will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn, 2631 Highwood Blvd, Smryna, TN 37167.  The hotel is located right next-door to Ruby Tuesday's in Smyrna.

We're excited to coordinate our 4th sale of this kind.  So if you're ready to purge some of your craft items and supplies that you no longer need, it's time to begin the cleaning-out process to get ready for the sale.  Spread the word to family and friends, and visit our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/crafters-exchange to get updates regarding this event.
